Your new role
Develop and implement a comprehensive e‑commerce and social commerce strategy to achieve the company’s growth ambitions.
Lead end‑to‑end performance of brand portfolios across all online platforms.
Serve as a senior strategic advisor to principal brands.
Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) discussions to drive long-term growth and profitability.
Build strong leadership pipelines and future successors within the function.
Oversee inventory health, assortment planning, pricing governance, and execution discipline.
Champion innovation across marketplaces, live selling, and emerging digital technologies.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, E-Commerce, or related disciplines.
- 10–15 years of experience in e-commerce, digital commerce, or online retail, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record managing large portfolios, teams, and complex brand relationships.
- Strong expertise in marketplaces, social commerce, and live selling ecosystems.
- Solid commercial acumen, including deep understanding of GMV levers, margins, pricing, and inventory economics.
- Strategic thinker able to convert market trends into scalable growth strategies.
- Strong people leadership skills, including coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
- Highly data-driven, comfortable leading dashboard reviews and KPI discussions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior partners internally and externally.
