Your new role

As a Consultant/Specialist (Business Analyst), you’ll support new product launches and campaigns through backend systems such as AS400-LA and PolisyAsia (POLA). Reporting to the Senior Manager of Innovation & Technology, you’ll manage end-to-end product implementation across platforms. This is a strategic, hands-on role focused on business systems.

What you'll need to succeed

• Solid experience in the life insurance domain, particularly in distribution and compensation processes
• Hands-on expertise with Policy Admin Systems (AS400), compensation and reporting systems
• Strong background in production support and BAU operations
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead small teams
• Familiarity with Agile methodology, SDLC, and UAT planning
• Advanced MS Excel skills, basic SQL, and presentation capabilities
• LOMA certification and system/application certifications are a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to quality delivery
