CIAM Lead Job Opening for a Market Leader in the Chemical Manufacturing Industry

Your new company

A world market leader in the chemical manufacturing industry with an internationally renowned Shared Service Centre (SSC) based in Kuala Lumpur. Due to rapid expansion, they are looking for a CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) Lead to be part of the team that is responsible for running all related functions across the APAC region and globally.


Your new role

  • Tenant & User Management
    • Configures authentication policies (sign-in, MFA, password reset) and ensures smooth user migration to CIAM.
  • Policy & UI Customisation
    • Designs custom auth flows and user interfaces tailored to application needs.
  • Application Integration
    • Integrates Azure AD B2C with apps, manages API access, and supports onboarding and go-live.
  • Security & Identity Providers
    • Implements MFA compliance policies, and integrates with external identity providers like Google or Facebook.
  • Maintenance & Support
    • Handles troubleshooting, resource upkeep, third-party coordination, and ongoing technical support.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business IT, Business Economics or other IT relevant fields.
  • At least 5–10 years of relevant experience in Software Development and CIAM
  • Well proficient implementation and maintaining in said project management software
  • Experience in Azure AD B2C, configuration, and user management
