You will be joining a fast-paced operations environment within a leading Oil and Gas Manufacturing company based in Johor.

Your new role

As a Contracts Manager, your responsibilities include:

Lead contract authoring and enablement by collaborating with sourcing teams, vetting clauses, and ensuring systematic contract tracking and compliance.
Manager post-award contract administration to ensure smooth execution through monitoring documentation, approvals and prompt verifications.
Oversee contract performance through KPIs, vendor evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Supervise expediting and logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials aligned with plant needs.
Coordinate with stakeholder engagement and governance to address non-compliance and align with procurement policies.

What you'll need to succeed

Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration.
Minimum of 15 years' experience in Contract and Procurement function would be an asset in the oil and gas industry.
Expertise in managing contracts
Strong knowledge of ERP Systems and relevant IT tools.
Fluent in writing and speaking in English.
Able to adapt to change and sustain operational excellence between market and supply chain volatility.
