This is an established FMCG manufacturer seeking a highly capable Finance Manager with a strong background in group consolidation to join the team. This role is based in Selangor and is also open to fresh auditors from Big 4/Big 10 firms.

Your new role

• Lead and manage the group consolidation process for multiple entities within the organisation.

• Prepare consolidated financial statements and ensure timely reporting in compliance with local and international accounting standards.

• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial planning for the group.

• Work closely with auditors and ensure compliance with audit requirements.

• Provide insights and analysis to senior management regarding financial performance and key metrics.

• Implement and improve internal controls related to financial reporting and group consolidation.

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial legislation.

• Support the finance team with other accounting and financial reporting duties as needed.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification are preferred.

• Experience in group consolidation in a corporate setting, ideally within FMCG or manufacturing, is highly preferred.

• Open to fresh auditors from Big 4/Big 10 firms with strong consolidation experience.

• In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards (MFRS/IFRS) and consolidation principles

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in financial systems and consolidation tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
