You are joining a leading technology company at the forefront of operational excellence and digital transformation. They are seeking a passionate ITSM Specialist to shape their evolving IT landscape.

Your new role

• Lead and govern the IT tools architecture roadmap.
• Design and implement infrastructure monitoring and automated remediation (BMC Helix).
• Maintain an accurate, integrated Configuration Management Database
• Enable real-time telemetry and intelligent alert correlation for faster resolution.
• Drive infrastructure automation with scripting (Python, Ansible, PowerShell).
• Collaborate with IT teams for proactive incident detection and response.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum of 7 years in an ITSM role focusing on architecture, development and governance
• Proficiency in scripting using Ansible, Python, and PowerShell.
• Experienced in development, deployment and maintenance of IT tools using BMC (primary) and Zabbix, Dynatrace, Splunk, ServiceNow (secondary)
