A multinational manufacturing company from the United States that is based in Penang, operates to service the semiconductor industry.

Your new role

• You will be responsible to lead the execution and deployment of the organisation's Quality Strategy in line with Global Quality Strategy and in conjunction with the site leadership team
• Manage quality resources to ensure product flow consistent with established internal standards, industry standards, government regulations and customer requirements.
• Provides total quality leadership to customers, suppliers, and all internal stakeholders.
• Responsible for instilling a high-level quality culture at the site, ensuring quality systems process excellence, and driving to achieve zero defect quality performance.

What you'll need to succeed

• More than 10 years of experience in technical and quality management, with vast exposure in leading and driving quality departments.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in Semiconductor and Automotive industry will be preferred.
