Within the Henkel Consumer Brands team, your role involves handling and processing orders from clients within the Professional Beauty Care Trade. The primary goal is to implement a sales plan effectively, striving to reach the set targets for the designated accounts within your territory. NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT FORM MANAGER 

Take charge of fostering sustainable growth for the PERM/STYLING/MEN category. Innovate and introduce a new cross-category brand for the Global Professional market, spanning Hair care, Perm, Styling, and Men. Primarily, focus on launching the new brand in 2022-23 to expand the portfolio. Drive global category strategy, planning, and performance tracking. Manage and execute innovative New Product Development (NPD) and Marketing projects. Foster collaboration and communication with stakeholders and country teams. Additionally, prioritize talent development and motivation within the group.
 
 

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Oversee daily Customer Service operations in Adhesive Technologies, handling tasks like Order Entry Processing, Customer Purchase Order Entry, and Order Tracking. Communicate with customers via email to offer product information, track orders, and gather inquiry details. Maintain records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken. Manage business partners through governance calls and tools/process pulse checks. Offer operational and ad hoc task support, engaging in team project collaboration as necessary. Implement Continuous Improvement tasks to enhance overall processes.
 
 
 

 

FINANCIAL ANALYST

Ready to become a Financial Analyst in our Henkel Adhesives Finance Unit? Your role involves implementing optimization measures in controlling processes, monitoring and supporting controlling teams, and proposing actions to enhance overall profitability and specific KPIs. Identifying areas of risk and opportunities, you'll assist business or function heads in achieving strategic and financial goals. Your responsibilities include tracking KPIs, providing in-depth analyses with improvement solutions, collaborating closely with the SSC team for enhanced productivity, utilizing BI tools for data management, and contributing to automation and digitalization processes.
