You will be joining an established multinational company which has been operating in more than 100 countries, including Malaysia. They recently established an additional Asia Pacific (APAC) global business services (GBS) centre in Kuala Lumpur. Your office is highly accessible by public transport.
Your new role
You will be the pioneer member of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) Collections team supporting Japan market. This will be a brilliant opportunity for you to sharpen your interpersonal and communication skills through responsibilities such as, but not limited to, the below:
Manage correspondence with customers regarding payments, via emails or calls
Keep track of and collect late payments from customers
Investigate and verify payment receipts
Support accurate documentation and legal actions
Contribute to process improvements and implementation
What you'll need to succeed - Fluent Japanese and English proficiency
~1-2 years of experience in finance / customer service / sales or other areas. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Problem-solving ability, determination, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and build relationships with various stakeholders
