Your new role

You will be the pioneer member of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) Collections team supporting Japan market. This will be a brilliant opportunity for you to sharpen your interpersonal and communication skills through responsibilities such as, but not limited to, the below:

• Manage correspondence with customers regarding payments, via emails or calls
• Keep track of and collect late payments from customers
• Investigate and verify payment receipts
• Support accurate documentation and legal actions
• Contribute to process improvements and implementation

• Fluent Japanese and English proficiency
• ~1-2 years of experience in finance / customer service / sales or other areas. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Problem-solving ability, determination, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and build relationships with various stakeholders
