Your new role
- Delivering excellent customer service through phone or email/chat to customers in Japan
- Conducting order management; informing customers about latest events and activities
- Identifying process improvements to enhance customer service
- Taking ownership to solve challenges faced by customers
What you'll need to succeed
- First-language-level or Business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1/2 level)
- 0–5 years of customer service experience
- Working proficiency in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Positive attitude and persistence
