Your new role
As a Customer Service Executive specialising in air and sea freight import and export operations, you will play a key role in fostering strong customer relationships and ensuring service excellence. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates on their shipments and managing enquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Your responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to resolve service-related issues, ensuring smooth end-to-end logistics support, and delivering a seamless customer experience. In this front-line role, your proactive communication and problem-solving skills will be essential in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Experienced managing air and sea freight import and export shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to delivery schedules.
  • Must have direct customer-facing experience and demonstrate high proficiency in Mandarin (written, spoken, and reading) to support multilingual communication needs.
  • Prepare and oversee shipment documentation, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and customs procedures.
  • Maintain clear communication with carriers, vendors, and customers, delivering real-time updates and ensuring smooth coordination.
  • Proactively identify and resolve shipment issues, collaborating with internal teams to mitigate risks and maintain service quality.
