Due to organisational growth and further expansion, a role has been created for an Assistant Manager for Corporate Development and Strategy.

Your new role

As a key member of the team, you will be trusted with corporate development tasks. You will be required to support the team with financial modelling and project finance. Other responsibilities include, end-to-end management of the range of M&A activity, full evaluation of investment opportunities, feasibility studies and project advisory.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Banking or Accounting/ Finance related
• Strong in finance modelling, proposal preparation & presentation
• Professional Qualification (ACCA, CFA, ICAEW) is an added advantage.
• Working experience in the energy industry is an added advantage.
• Experience in Corporate Banking and Investment Banking is encouraged to apply
