Your new role

As a Digital Learning and Development Manager, you'll be working to drive digital capability within the group. You'll lead a team of Learning Technologists for Performance Improvement projects of various scales within the organisation. These projects will involve the use of new Digital Skills such as Analytics and Machine Learning to drive digital literacy for organisational excellence. You'll be involved in designing innovative interventions, exploring and experimenting with new analytical tools, developing and implementing strategies accordingly. You'll also work with different departments and stakeholders across the group to create an effective Capability Building Ecosystem.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven track record in designing and developing digital learning and development programs.

• Strong analytical skills, an unconventional learning expert with a process improvement mindset.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and convince stakeholders.

• Business Process Improvement, transformation and a Lean Six Sigma background would be ideal.
