Your New Role

As a Product Development Manager, you will be the pillar of support in the development and delivery of insurance products. You will be responsible throughout all stages of development, including market intelligence, product ideation, sales illustration, system implementation, product proposition, and of course towards the development of the product itself, both pre and post-launch. As the Manager, not only are you in charge of your team, but you must also nurture, guide, mentor, and build-up your team, taking them to new heights with you at the helm!

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• 5+ years working experience in product development, or even product management – IN THE INSURANCE SPACE
• Good knowledge of insurance products + attention to details
• Experience in LEADING a team within the same function
• Also, some business acumen of an analytical mind (Inspector Gadget mindset, to create new things!)
