You will be working with a pharmaceutical MNC responsible for assessing sales competency, performance, talents of employee and preparing insightful evaluation and constructive advice for improvement.
Your new role
- Manage alignment of overall field force training activities with company's training objectives and requirements
- Lead a team in the development, preparation, and localisation of training modules/materials for the field force
- Manage overall performance and effectiveness of the field team. Design coaching modules and schedule delivery of modules to increase effectiveness.
- Manage interactions with stakeholders on training strategies and delivery channels to ensure stakeholders' needs are met
- Collaborate with the regional training team in planning and implementation on development program.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role would be an added advantage.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Management/Marketing or a related field would be preferable.
- The ability to develop training materials that can be easily delivered by certified trainers.
- Able to converse and write in English fluently.
- Proficient at Microsoft tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
