Your new role

As a key member of the regional function, you will be responsible for risk management and mitigation analysis for decision-making initiatives via the use of relevant regulatory and data tools. Ensuring compliance with group policies and industry governance measures, you will communicate the frameworks effectively with relevant stakeholders across various business groups to identify gaps and propose solutions for improvement and maintenance of operational integrity. Leveraging your subject-matter expertise, you will also support the implementation of upgraded systems and processes by influencing both suppliers and end users alike to compliance.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree with management-level experience in similar roles, ideally within relevant industries and familiarity with Bank Negara regulations
• IT/ Technology category and SOX compliance knowledge an added advantage
• Familiar with eProcurement / eContract tools
• Excellent communication skills in English are a MUST as the role interfaces with, and influences regional stakeholders regularly
• Independent driver mindset
• Strong business acumen and proven senior leadership convincing skills
