Located in Selangor, this company is one of the worlds leading machine manufacturers or equipment for FMCG products used for global export. With increasing demand and company expansion, this company is looking to expand and hire several Mechanical Design Engineers to work on their new products and packages.

Your new role

As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will take the lead to design and develop mechanical components for exciting upcoming projects and new product portfolio. Your main role includes designing of the new machines, whilst liaising with your global counterparts for product transfer. Candidates with experience in Siemens NX and Solidworks are strongly encouraged to apply.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in mechanical engineering with excellent results
• Profound knowledge of 2D & 3D CAD design software
• Knowledge on Siemens NX, fluid diagram, TeamCenter, SAP, 3D CAD animation and simulation
• Good knowledge of raw materials, surface treatment, manufacturing processes and industrial norms & standards
• Good knowledge and experience in geometrical and dimensioning tolerance
• Ability to analyze and follow projects from feasibility to industrialization
• A team player that demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skill in English coupled with high analytical capabilities
