ABA Case Supervisor opportunity at a well established clinic

Your new role

• Conducting assessment for client to identify baseline of skills or problem behaviors
• Creating long-term and short-term goals, including setting targets / programs for milestones
• Analyzing and evaluating the progress of the clients and modifying the targets / programs according to the client’s needs
• Providing training to and supervising therapists for program / therapy execution (remote / physical) and client management
• Facilitating and providing training to parents for ABA related knowledge and practices

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Psychology, education or related field
• Three to four years of experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities, running intervention
• Experience overseeing or managing clinical cases, at least 1 year experience working as a behavior therapy supervisor, designing ABA programs for children with Autism, ASD, as well as training junior therapists, teachers and behavior interventionist staff in how to implement interventions
