Exciting Director of Facilities Management opportunity at a well established Hospital. Reporting directly to COO.

Your new role

• Ensure that Medical Centre has a safe and the most suitable environment for its patients, customers and employees in a cost-effective manner.

• Ensure that all relevant statutory and legal requirements and Hospital Accreditation standards for building and equipment are met.

• People Management & Developing Others

• To lead hospital facilities renovation & building development projects.

What you'll need to succeed

• Min Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Hospitality Management or in any Engineering discipline, MBA is advantageous.

• 12-15 years working experience in managing facilities management or engineering services and support functions, preferably within a hospital environment, at a senior executive to managerial level.

• Working knowledge of overall facilities, Building Services & Biomedical equipment inventory & maintenance management as well as database administration systems.
