Your new role
Act as the first point of contact for IT-related user support across varied shifts.
Handle helpdesk inquiries, troubleshoot connectivity and software issues, and manage user accounts.
Document and transition unresolved issues effectively between shifts.
Oversee IT service performance, incident reporting, and maintain the integrity of the IT asset database.
What you'll need to succeed
2+ years in IT support roles, including Helpdesk, Server, Network, and IT Service Management.
Exceptional communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.
Willingness to work night shifts.
