Your new role

• Act as the first point of contact for IT-related user support across varied shifts.

• Handle helpdesk inquiries, troubleshoot connectivity and software issues, and manage user accounts.

• Document and transition unresolved issues effectively between shifts.

• Oversee IT service performance, incident reporting, and maintain the integrity of the IT asset database.

What you'll need to succeed

• 2+ years in IT support roles, including Helpdesk, Server, Network, and IT Service Management.

• Exceptional communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.

• Willingness to work night shifts.
