This company is an established player in the life sciences field. They are looking for a Head of HR to lead the transformation for the business, up to 24k.

Your new role

This role is a generalist, working with a small team to run the end-to-end HR show. You are expected to be hands-on on the restructuring of the team and organisation, covering projects such as harmonisation, change management, system implementation, culture development and more. As the Head of HR, you will also partner stakeholders in driving the HR vision forward, while working with the regional team to roll out the best practice locally.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven achievement as a HR Head of Department
• To be extremely adaptable to change
• To be willing to be hands-on
