Your new role
- Strong brand management experience in developing high-level Brand marketing strategies for ATL, digital and BTL channels (Marketing plans, brand plans, NPD, menu development)
- Grab the brand and the team by the horns to drive strategic marketing plans by executing consumer centric marketing campaigns and develop strategic metrics to measure campaign performance
- Manage A&P budget and strategise media and digital ads budget
- Stakeholder management dealing with regional stakeholders
- Strong commercial/business acumen to identify new channel/segment growth opportunities or trends and able to integrate communication strategy for both ATL/BTL
What you’ll need to succeed
- Candidates who possess both F&B retail and FMCG background
- Strong leadership experience
- Good ability to be creative and drive innovations
