My exclusive client, a Gold-Tier Microsoft Service Provider is hiring an Azure Technical Presales Solution Consultant. The role involves frequent customer interaction, providing technical assistance during sales engagements, collaborating with the sales team to identify customer needs, developing solutions, and integrating Azure services with customer environments.
Your new role –
In this role, you will have a high focus towards –
- Engaging with customers to present technical architectures, handle objections, and provide demos.
- Communicating Azure solutions' strengths and weaknesses to a varied audience (Business/Technical).
- Providing expert consulting services on cloud solutions and digital transformation strategies and creating and delivering presentations/demos tailored to both technical experts and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify business opportunities, understand client needs, and develop custom Azure solutions.
- Architect and propose solutions involving Azure Database, Data Warehouse, PowerBI, Azure Fabric, Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Azure DevOps, Azure IaaS, Microsoft 365, AKS, containers, AI Search, Azure Networking/Security, etc.
- Leading Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives to demonstrate the value and effectiveness of Azure solutions.
What you’ll need to succeed –
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. BBA/MBA will be an added advantage.
- Proven 3 years of experience in Pre-sales, Solutions Architecture, or similar technical consulting roles at vendor-side or principal companies, preferably with a focus on Microsoft Azure/Cloud.
- Relevant Microsoft Azure certifications will be a huge advantage!
- Deep understanding of the broad categories of Azure technologies such as Azure IaaS, Migration, PaaS, Database, Data Warehouse, Analytics, Chatbot, AI/ML, Kubernetes, App Dev / GitHub, and Security. (Min 4 areas of expertise).
