Customer Service Manager (Night Shift)

A globally renowned manufacturing company is seeking a Customer Service Manager (US Market).

Your new role
You will be directly supporting the US market by closely working with the team leads and customer service representatives reporting to you by ensuring smooth end-to-end customer service or order management operation. You will be required to resolve any issues which arise within the function supporting customers/clients across the United States of America. Whilst establishing a smooth order management function, you will be responsible for developing new process and system improvement implementations to increase the quality of the service provided to customers - simultaneously meeting the customers' service & satisfaction metrics. Your people management skills are crucial as your team will consist of members with a variety of job grades.

What you'll need to succeed
  • End-to-end experience in Order Management - experience in regional positions supporting EMEA/APAC/US is an added advantage.
  • Experience in pioneering the set-up of an Order Management function (on a regional/global level) is an advantage.
  • Thoroughly experienced in Order Management related to documentation, compliance and requirements.
  • Develop and implement SOPs/KPI to improve logistics operation efficiency
  • Lead a team of individuals by providing necessary training/briefing to increase productivity & operational efficiency.
  • People management skills and experience.
  • Able to operate independently and proactively.
  • Effective communication skills in English are a must, both spoken and written.
  • Open to working from 8.00pm - 5.00am (Hybrid role).
