You will be working for a global leader in Commercial Insurance industry who is looking for a Manager, Policy Servicing to be based in Kuala Lumpur. With an aggressive growth plan and the vision to become a better leader in its field, it continues to gain market share over its competitors.

Your new role

You will be part of a regional operational Policy Processes team, responsible with managing the daily Underwriting Support and Claims Support functions to provide efficient and accurate handling of all aspects of processing submission, claims payments, loss runs, eFile upload and other relevant administrative duties. In that sense, you will be trusted to manage resource management, capacity planning and supervisory tasks in the team. You will be working closely with the management team to ensure effective implementation of initiatives in the team.

What you'll need to succeed

• More than 8 years of work experience in Insurance Policy Servicing - Underwriting Support/Claims Support
• Strong managerial and people skills
• Possessing knowledge in Commercial Insurance / Facultative Reinsurance will be an advantage
• Excellent time management skills and proven track record in establishing relationships with stakeholders
• Self-driven and capable of strategic thinking and management
• High proficiency in English
