Your new role
You are responsible for ensuring the execution of planned and corrective maintenance work for all production equipment in the plant.
You are responsible for initiating and executing the continuous improvement of the maintenance schedules to ensure optimal availability and performance.
You are responsible for managing the expenditure of the department and compiling both OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
You are responsible for overseeing any deviations and root cause analysis and executing corrective action for following procedures.
You are responsible for all automation systems/equipment of the plant and contribute to the improvement of these systems to improve productivity within the plant.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
More than 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment in a similar capacity. FMCG experience is an added advantage.
Atleast 8 years of experience in process automation - Siemens PLC, Instrumentation, TPM Methodology is necessary.
Capability to provide strategy in automation management (planned and unplanned maintenance, spare part management and CAPEX execution).
