Your New Role
As a passionate and adept individual, your primary responsibility is to manage and execute a range of customer service tasks. Providing excellent service to the customers, you will contribute to improving the operation's productivity.
What you'll need to succeed
• Ability to read, write and speak in Spanish is a MUST
• Ideally you will have at least 1 year of customer service experience
• Prior experience in SAP will be an asset
• An eye for detail and possessing excellent communication skills
