Application Analyst in Global Electronics Industry Leader

Your new role

As an Application Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing after-sales service systems and driving process automation on a regional scale. Your responsibilities will include:

After Sales Service System Support (ServiceNow, D365):
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to roll out after-sales service systems across other Opcos at the regional level.
  • Facilitate thorough system training sessions and ensure a smooth transition by sharing knowledge across teams.
  • Evaluate existing business processes and propose enhancements to optimise efficiency.

Robotic Process Automation (MS Power Automate):
  • Engage in research, design, and implementation of process automation using RPA tools.
  • Create, test, deploy, and document automation workflows, ensuring they are reusable components.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer to other Opco’s regarding RPA processes and best practices.

Exploration of Latest Technologies and Solutions:
  • Stay at the forefront of technology trends by researching and identifying new solutions.
  • Collaborate on proof-of-concept projects related to emerging technologies (e.g., ChatGPT, AI).


What you'll need to succeed

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Experience in ServiceNow is a plus.
  • Familiarity with MS Power Automate or other RPA tools is a plus.
