My client is a Global Shared Service that is a world-leading and global leader in its industry. They are looking to hire a R2R Senior Manager to lead and manage the R2R operations delivery, drive governance & change management in Transitions, Transformation, and People.

Your new role

• Responsible for closing activities performed according to accounting policies and compliant with GAAP

• Work closely with other accounts departments to understand business transactions and ensure they are processed and accounted for appropriately and accurately

• Ensure process governance including reporting and analysis to key stakeholders - communicate regularly to discuss operational issues, key metrics and CTQs

• Lead and drive continuous improvement and enhancement projects to systems or other accounting processes

What you'll need to succeed

• Professionally qualified - CA/CPA/ACCA/CIMA/ICAEW

• Strong R2R experience in Shared Services

• 3-5 years of people management experience

• Mandarin proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing

• SAP is an added advantage
