Your new role

To be the second in command within the Business Development - Land Acquisition team, you will be managing a team of 3.

You would be responsible for the:

1. feasibility studies/due diligence

2. Source and conduct market research

3. Liaising with stakeholders to ensure the process runs smoothly

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in land feasibility studies and financial modelling

• Experience in preparing development proposals & business proposals

• Experience in property market research

• Atleast 8 years of experience within the property industry with strong land acquisition experience
