Your new role

You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment process to hunt for talents for their Japan entity while utilising your Japanese language skills.

You will collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful recruitment strategies and talent management.

You will also actively contribute to process improvement and knowledge transfer, besides other areas requiring your expertise in Japanese language, such as translation and interpretation.

What you'll need to succeed

• Business-level Japanese proficiency (prefer JLPT N1-level or first-language-level)
• Recruitment experience is essential. Familiarity with Japan's demographics and job market would be a great advantage.
• Professional-level English proficiency
• Ability to work independently and build relationships with various stakeholders
• Experience studying/working in Japan would be a plus.
