They are award-winning Tech company in Malaysia, growing their professional presence over the global now. They are looking for a solid individual to join as their Senior Finance Manager to lead their dynamic finance team.

Your new role

• Prepare the consolidated financial reports of the Group, accurately and timely completion of group financial reporting matters.

• Lead the review of financial reports, ensuring consistency and completeness of financial reports of holding, subsidiaries and associates according to the adopted reporting format, policies and principles.

• Coordinate and enhance the Group and its subsidiaries financial reporting matters, alignment of reporting format and adoption of accounting standards.

• Manage the taxation matters (both direct and indirect taxes) of the Group and its subsidiaries.

• Work closely with Head of Group Operations & Finance on group financial planning of the Group and subsidiaries.

• Assist on banking and treasury matters - create, implement and track policies and procedures as well as close collaboration and communication with bankers and external consultants.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or chartered qualification preferred.

• 8+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, with 3+ years in a managerial capacity.

• Proficiency in Group financial reporting and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Knowledge of finance best practices, regulatory requirements, and industry trends, particularly in the technology sector.
