Your new role

As the Head of Security Innovation & Compliance Division, you will be the architect of the organization’s security blueprint. Your role is not just about leading a team; it’s about pioneering a culture of security innovation and excellence. You will:

• Create, manage and implement security policies and standards that are in compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Identify and evaluate emerging security threats and risks, and formulate effective mitigation strategies.
• Implement a security risk management framework to identify, assess, and prioritise security risks and vulnerabilities.
• Establish a security governance framework that provides strategic oversight on security matters.
• Oversee a security operations centre that monitors and responds to security incidents.
• Manage the financial budget to ensure the efficient allocation and utilisation of resources.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the security domain, with a proven track record in a leadership position.

• Strong knowledge of security compliance standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, etc.

• Familiar with programming languages such as Python, C++, JavaScript, etc.

• A strong educational foundation with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

• Professional certifications like GIAC, OSCP, CASP+, CISSP will set you apart.

• An adaptable, multitasking expert who can navigate a fast-paced setting with shifting priorities.
