My client is a well-known contractor who is looking to expand their contracts department. Being a household name in construction, they are able to provide you with a fast-paced working environment and an opportunity to grow within the company. They are currently looking for a contract manager or a senior contract executive to be part of their organisation.

Your new role

  • To be involved in pre- and post-contract matters

  • To verify and prepare all the subcontractor claims

  • To be involved in the tendering phase
  • To prepare a project budget

What you'll need to succeed

  • Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

  • Has experience working on infrastructure and residential projects

  • Open to travel
