Your new role

As a Subject-Matter Expert (SME), you will:

• Spearhead the design and deployment of Microsoft M365 Security and Compliance Solutions.
• Onboard and implement cutting-edge security solutions like MS Purview, Entra, Defender for Cloud, and Endpoint.
• Monitor system resources and manage security incidents related to emails, changes, and problem tickets.
• Contribute to and refining technical documentation, aiding SMEs in resolving recurring issues.
• Address and troubleshoot security service issues, ensuring a thorough follow-up with after-action reviews.
• Maintain strict adherence to ITIL processes for Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Access Management within the IT-service management framework.

What you'll need to succeed

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Security Operations Center (SOC).

• Proven experience in M365 Security and Compliance solutions.

• Proficiency in Defender for Endpoint, Cloud, MS Purview, Entra.

• Preferred certifications: CCNA, SC-100, SC-400, SC-200, AZ-900.
