In this team, you will be alongside a global leader in the supply industry, handling multiple regions and expertising in their products. They are looking for someone to handle the customer-relations side of the organisation that will specialise mainly in speaking in Spanish, who is also willing to be handling a team to create a structured and efficient outcome for the overall growth of the team dynamics.
Your new role
In this new role, you will be
- Understanding and handling stakeholder enquiries
- Collaborating across multiple dynamic teams such as sales, shipping, engineering, etc.
- Managing big data
- Ensuring the legal requirements of compliance according to policy and external requirements
What you'll need to succeed
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or customer-facing role.
- 2+ years of experience working in a cross-functional environment with departments such as sales, shipping, engineering, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- SAP or equivalent systems experience in Order to Cash.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer usage.
