They are looking for someone to handle the customer-relations side of the organisation that will specialise mainly in speaking in Spanish, who is also willing to be handling a team to create a structured and efficient outcome for the overall growth of the team dynamics.

Your new role

In this new role, you will be

• Understanding and handling stakeholder enquiries
• Collaborating across multiple dynamic teams such as sales, shipping, engineering, etc.
• Managing big data
• Ensuring the legal requirements of compliance according to policy and external requirements

What you'll need to succeed

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service or customer-facing role.
• 2+ years of experience working in a cross-functional environment with departments such as sales, shipping, engineering, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• SAP or equivalent systems experience in Order to Cash.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer usage.
