Your new role

As a Scrum Master, you play a crucial role in guiding and facilitating the Scrum framework within the team. You act as a cheerleader, coach, and navigator, ensuring that the team follows agile principles and best practices. Your goal is to help the team stay on track and continuously improve their workflow.

• Driving daily stand-up, sprint planning & reviews and facilitate retrospectives for future sprints.
• Act as the administrator of the Scrum board, conduct individual meeting and reporting.
• Effectively address team dysfunction and blockers.
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Proficiency in agile methodologies, techniques, and frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.

• Ability to coach and guide team members.

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira or similar project management software.

• A commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
