Your new role

The Group CFO is responsible for overseeing the financial strategy, management, and reporting of the organization. This leadership role ensures financial health, compliance, and strategic alignment across all business units and regions.

• Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve organizational goals.
• Provide insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Oversee financial reporting, auditing, and compliance processes.
• Lead the finance team across all subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with investors, banks, and other key stakeholders.
• Prepare and present financial reports and updates to the board and shareholders.
• Drive improvements in corporate governance and financial accountability.
• Establish internal controls to safeguard assets and optimize financial performance.

What you'll need to succeed

• Must have CFO's level working experience within the Bursa Listed Manufacturing companies.
• Possess chartered accountant qualifications such as MIA, ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CIMA, MICPA etc.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and strategic planning.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive business growth.
• Leadership and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
