Your new role
As a Contract Logistics Manager, you will drive operational excellence and transformative improvements in a dynamic logistics environment. Your role involves leveraging innovation to optimise processes and leading a team to ensure seamless contract logistics and warehouse management. This includes overseeing inventory control, distribution, and fulfilment to consistently exceed client expectations. Your leadership will set new standards for operational performance and establish benchmarks in the logistics industry, ensuring every facet of the process is efficient and streamlined.

What you'll need to succeed
  • More than 5 years of experience in Contract Logistics Warehouse Management (Dry & DG Cargo).
  • Experienced in implementing Continuous Improvement strategies & Lean 6 Sigma certified.
  • Implement process and system improvement to ensure smooth warehouse and logistics movement.
  • Manage distribution and fulfilment processes, consistently exceeding client expectations.
  • Set and uphold new standards for operational performance, establishing benchmarks in the industry.
  • Streamline logistics and warehousing processes to enhance overall efficiency.
  • People management skills.
  • Open to working in Shah Alam or Penang.
