YOUR NEW COMPANY

This Life Insurance company is famous for its broad range of Life Insurance coverage. Due to market growth, the company requires a hands-on Bancassurance Sales, Assistant Manager position, to manage and support bank partners, either to be based in Kuantan or KL.

YOUR NEW ROLE

You will be counted on to plan and support the Bank Partner's Branches to ensure Bancassurance Development growth. You will be working closely with the Branch Managers and Bankers to plan and drive Sales Strategy to achieve KPI.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Minimum 5 years of Business Development working experience withinn Financial Institution (Life Insurance, Bank, Asset Management)

• Experience in managing the sales force or Bancassurance will be an added advantage.

• Possess good communication and career-driven character

• Good proficient spoken in English, Mandarin and BM

• Individual Contributor/ Direct Selling Insurance candidates are welcome to apply

• Possess your own transport to travel outstation once in a while is a must.
