Your new role

As the Refinery Audit Manager, you will be reporting to the Head of Internal Audit and liaising closely with the GM of Engineering.

You will be leading 5 team members. With your extensive exposure to the Technical Operations of the Oil & Gas industry, you are expected to look into the operational controls – ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, identifying and managing business and operational risks.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong Technical & Operational Engineering experience
• Knowledge of applicable technical and engineering codes, standards, regulations, and their implementation in the oil & gas industry.
• A minimum of 15 years of working experience in the oil and gas industry with a good understanding of refinery / petrochemical businesses.
• Familiarity with the hazards of hydrocarbon processes and methods used to keep process facilities safe.
• Willing to be based in Johor (Accommodation will be provided)
• Open to seeing candidates without extensive audit experience
