Multinational business providing unique services within its niche industry with a global presence and a long-standing name in Malaysia. They operate a few offices in MY and a newly set-up SSC supporting a global market.
Your new role
We are looking for strong dynamic and agile HR business partners that is ready to take on a key role in the SSC being part of the leadership team. As a newly set-up SSC, the organisation requires a HR with strong business acumen and a willingness to roll up their sleeves to align regional directions to country level. This includes still managing the entire employee life cycle such as performance optimisation, talent development, upskilling and even business growth with the support of a HR CoE for other aspects. This position will require talents who are hungry for challenge and far-sighted, supporting business in also integrating AI into operations. Position is 70% strategic and 30% operational.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 15-years experience and minimum 5-8 years as HR Business Partner
Must have experience working in Shared Service environments or starting up a centralised workflow on a global scale.
Proven experience in managing local and global stakeholders in a matrix environment
Must be willing to be conduct hands-on and strategic HR
Added advantage if fluent in Mandarin
