YOUR NEW COMPANY

This banking company is famous for its broad range of Health and Life Insurance classes. Due to market growth, the company requires a hands-on Bancassurance Sales Manager to support Relationship Managers in the branch.

YOUR NEW ROLE

You will be counted on to plan and support Relationship Managers in the branch to ensure Bancassurance Development growth. You will be working closely with the Branch Managers on planning Sales Strategy to achieve the Branch's Bancassurance target.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• 3–7 years and above of Direct Sales or Sales Management experience within Life Insurance

• Familiarity with various Life Insurance products is a must.

• Experience in managing a small team or junior staff will be an added advantage.

• Possess a sales-driven character

• Good communication and presentation skills
