You will be joining one of well-known Malaysia's homegrown brands that focus on providing Technology services to its Clients.
Your new role
You will be performing L2 support based on the allocated assignments/ projects.
You will ensure all support tickets are resolved and restored within the SLA.
Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis and remediation for incidents and provide detailed documentation.
Provide continuous monitoring and support for Microsoft's products
Provide continuous support such as Backup-as-a-service products, Cloud Management Platform and Managed Security & Firewall products
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum of 3 years in Cloud Support role
Minimum of 1 year in L2 Support role
Experienced in Azure and/or M365
Experienced in using ServiceNow ticketing tool
Good communication/ articulation skills in English
