Your new role

• Lead strategic & executional recruitment activities for local & expatriate hiring
• Focus on technical engineering hiring with a team of 3
• Elevate company's employer branding with new launch of branding initiative
• Improve the usage of Success Factors as part of the digitalisation plan for recruitment activity globally

What you'll need to succeed

• Heavy Industry Experience
• English Proficiency
• Good stakeholder management
• Minimum 6 years of working experience specialising in Talent Acquisitions & HR Business Partnering
