Your new role
You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience by providing information, solutions, and support.
What you'll need to succeed
- Relevant Customer service industry experience
- Excellent proficiency both verbal and written in Japanese and English
- Good computer literacy (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
