Your new role
You will be responsible for driving operational excellence in repair and maintenance services, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring high performance and professional development
- Ensuring adherence to service quality standards, safety regulations and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Overseeing escalations and warranty issues while nurturing strong client relationships
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 5–7 years of leadership experience in service management
- Strong background in heavy equipment maintenance and SLA adherence
- Proven ability to drive operational excellence and track KPIs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel up to 70%
