Our client is one of the largest plantation and energy companies. With a significant landbank and expertise in systems, this client is committed to exploring growth opportunities that ensure sustainable earnings for its shareholders. Due to organisational growth and further expansion, this role requires a skilful Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director of the company.

Your new role

As a Personal Assistant, you will be tasked with, amongst others:
  • Filling documents manually (highly organised & systematic person)
  • Managing personal calendar
  • Tracking expenses, claim & follow-up medical appointments
  • Liaising with board members and stakeholders
  • Plan and organise travels

What you'll need to succeed

  • Highly organised individual (good with manual, Dato is old school)
  • Good command of English & Malay, Mandarin bonus
  • Public listed company (advantage)
  • Not too senior, minimum 4 years’ experience
  • Degree holder
