Your new role
In this role, you'll be the essential point of contact for AOG-related MROs - liaising between customers and your internal stakeholders, which may consist of engineering, sales, marketing, logistics and other teams to ensure smooth product serviceability. You'll coordinate with vendors to secure part replacement timelines and costs, manage import/export procedures for seamless transactions, and source for alternative suppliers if client requirements are not met. Your role also includes running quotation reports and partnering with internal stakeholders to enhance client engagement and service offerings. This position offers you the opportunity to enhance your customer service and technical skills, as well as thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
