This FinTech company is a household name and is seeking an innovative Total Rewards Manager to join its rapidly growing business. This company has a digital wallet and online payment platform. Due to market expansion, a high performing Total Rewards Manager is needed to design salary structures and strategize Compensation & Benefits schemes.

You will report to the Senior Manager of Total Rewards and work closely with the company's CEO, CHRO and Commercial Business Unit. As a Total Rewards Manager , you will be responsible for both operational and strategic Compensation & Benefits exercises. You will also be expected to design the company's salary structure and implement a Sales Commission Scheme.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Experience designing or revamping salary structures
• Hands on Compensation & Benefits operations experience
• Good to have experience designing Sales Commission Scheme
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
